Mrs Lucy Knight Westell, a NVQ 3 Nursery Nurse, who has been qualified since 2007. Lucy first joined Forbury Gardens Day Nursery in 2004 as a Trainee Nursery Nurse and over time became a Room Leader. When Berkeley was established in 2011 Lucy supported the Management team of Berkeley Gardens and progressed to become a Senior Nursery Nurse, she has a broad knowledge of all age groups working in every part of the nursery. Lucy became Deputy Manager of Berkeley Gardens in 2013 and has a hands on role within the nursery, supporting and mentoring staff to maintain the high standards of care. Lucy has completed lots of training courses including Pediatric First Aid, Fire Safety, Universal Safeguarding, she also has a qualification in Leadership and Management.
