Communication

Parents are the prime educators and we consider your wishes paramount. We encourage good communication between staff and parents, so that we can work together. This can ensure the continuity between Nursery and home. Staff encourage parents to upload pictures, videos and write ups onto their child’s Tapestry account.

Children thrive in an environment where all involved in their care work together in respectful relationships. Your support and involvement with the nursery is paramount to the successful partnership with our staff who will use their expertise, caring and commitment to provide a quality learning environment. Staff welcome your input and any constructive comments to ensure the best care for your child.

We provide all relevant information for parents on our notice boards. We will inform you of infectious illnesses, staff changes, forth coming events, such as outings, pantomime visits, annual photographer, sponsored events and more.

Our walls display photographs of the children and their activities, giving you an insight into the daily happenings. We have a Facebook page, which we use to share photos and advertise events and current news. We use Email to communicate effectively with parents.

We display photographs of the staff and their certificates, these are available in the Nursery Office.
